Providing Durable and High Performance Static Control

Fraser 1250-S Bars provide higher performance and durability than competition

Static electricity causes severe problems throughout winding and unwinding applications, whether using plastic film, paper or textiles.

Fraser Anti-Static Techniques delivers static control solutions worldwide through its network of distributors across five continents. One of Fraser’s South Korean distributors, IONCRAFT has recently supplied a company with Model 1250-S AC Static Eliminator Bars to replace a competitor’s product.

THE PROBLEM

Company Osung, a major film production and processing manufacturer in South Korea, had been using SIMCO-ION MEB, R50 products but faced durability issues and performance limitations.

THE SOLUTION

IONCRAFT proposed Fraser’s 1250-S AC Ionising Bar. With molded insulation and robust design, the 1250 model provided both superior performance and higher reliability compared to the previous solution.

THE OUTCOME:

• Stronger static elimination performance than existing MEB bars.
• Improved durability, reducing maintenance costs.
• Several units already replaced, with over 10 additional units planned for replacement.
