Advanced ATEX Certified Products for Gravure Printing

Fraser EX1250 provides safe, compliant products for explosion-proof area

Neutralising static in hazardous areas, such as those with volatile solvent or powder laden atmospheres, is crucial. One spark from a static discharge can result in fire or explosion and serious injury or death.

Fraser Anti-Static Techniques delivers static control solutions worldwide through its network of distributors across five continents. One of Fraser’s South Korean distributors, IONCRAFT has recently supplied a company with Model EX1250-S AC Static Eliminator Bars to provide certified static control to an explosion-proof area.

THE PROBLEM

Company Osung, a major film production and processing manufacturer in South Korea, required explosion-proof static control due to the risk of ignition in flammable environments. While their existing system was acceptable, new lines demanded a more advanced certified solution.

THE SOLUTION

IONCRAFT proposed Fraser’s ATEX Certified EX1250-S AC Static Eliminator bars were installed along with EXHP Power Units, ensuring full compliance with explosion-proof standards.
