Improving Efficiency of Sheet Separators
Static electricity in a stack of sheets can prevent correct sheet separation.
A stack of sheets may already be charged or the action of peeling off further top sheets can generate further charge. This leads to misfeeds, multiple sheet pick-up and problems downstream.
Improving Efficiency of Sheet Separators - Select a problem:
Ionisation of the existing air flow to improve separator efficiencyProvide an additional ionised air flow for better sheet separation
An existing sheet separator air system can be retrofitted with 4300 In-Line Air Ionisers to remove the static charge and allow efficient separation.
The existing sheet separation system can be supplemented with ionised air nozzles or small ionised air knives to neutralise the charge.
