The 4510 Ionised Air Nozzle produces a fast, quiet, flat jet of ionised air for efficient static neutralisation and cleaning.

Flat, high speed ionised air jet

For efficient cleaning, and sheet separation with excellent static neutralisation

Economical

Entrains ambient air to reduce compressed air consumption

Safety

OSHA compliant nozzle and fully shockproof ionisation

The 4510 is part of Fraser’s comprehensive range of cleaning products for removing dust and static electricity from mouldings, assemblies, PCBs, automobiles, graphics, optics and medical parts.

The 4510 Ionised Air Nozzle produces a fast, quiet and flat jet of ionised air for efficient static neutralisation and cleaning.

  • Up to 6 kV of ionising power provided by a Fraser HP Power Unit thoroughly neutralises the static charge, allowing dust removal without the risk of re-attraction
  • Nozzles amplify compressed air by up to 20:1 for economical operation
  • Simple design optimises ionisation and blow-off power from a concentrated air flow
  • Low noise, versatile and easy to install

The 4510 is widely used for removing dust and neutralising the static charge on small mouldings and similar parts.  Also for product separation in automatic feeders.

The best choice of product depends upon process speed, the distance of the static eliminator from the target and the level of static charge to be neutralised. Please get in touch for further assistance.
