The inside of a web printed product, such as a magazine, can be given a charge so that it opens out and drops onto a saddle binder.

Two 7160 Generator Bars located in line with the front and back covers of the magazine can be powered from just one positive IONFIX Compact Static Generator. The outer of the magazine becomes positively charged, but the insides of the magazine develop negative mirror-image charges. These negative charges will repel each other and open the magazine.
