At capsule filling stations, static charge can cause dose weighing to be inaccurate as a result of the material adhering to the weighing plate and not dropping as required. Additionally, static electricity can also corrupt the sensitive electronics.
Increase Accuracy of Capsule Dose Weighing - Select a problem:
Depending on the range required, short range 1260 and 1265 Single Point Ionisers or the 3024 Ultra-Compact Static Eliminator will provide an air-free option. If air movement is beneficial or a greater range is needed, then the 4510 Ionised Air Nozzle or 4800 DC Ionised Air Nozzle are very compact and efficient solutions.
