The 1260 and 1265 are extremely compact, high performance static eliminators suitable for neutralising the static charge on small objects and in restricted spaces.

Thin, single point ioniser

For small applications and restricted spaces

150 mm field of ionised air

Large effective area relative to compact size

Versatile

Also suitable for robot arms and for ionising existing air jets

The very compact, high performance 1260 and 1265 Single Point Ionisers are suitable for neutralising the static charge on small objects and in confined spaces.

The resistively coupled design produces a concentrated cone of ionised air up to 150 mm in diameter.  This is ideal for neutralising static electricity on tape, trim, yarns, optical fibres and other small parts.

  • Robust stainless steel construction with shockproof operation
  • All live parts encapsulated in epoxy resin for protection, reliability and a long life
  • Optimal performance at a distance of 20 – 50 mm
  • Wide choice of Fraser 5.5 and 6 kV Power Units with optional remote monitoring
  • Certified cleanroom compatible to ISO Class 4

Easy to install and maintain, the 1260 and 1265 Single Point Ionisers are frequently used to ionise the air from air jets and nozzles.

The best choice of product depends upon process speed, the distance of the static eliminator from the target and the level of static charge to be neutralised. Please get in touch for further assistance.
