Static Control for Hard Tablet Collection Bins
Hard tablets are very dry and the subsequent and numerous collisions of these tablets during collection can cause very high static charges within the collection container. These charges can cause painful operator shocks as well as unwanted contamination attraction.
Static Control for Hard Tablet Collection Bins - Select a problem:
Pulsed DC anti-static bars such as the 3850 Ionstorm or 3024L Static Eliminators placed above the collection bin will resolve static-related issues. Transparent covers are sometimes placed over the collection bins. In this instance, targeted ionisation must be installed in the cover plate.
Physically-small, short range static eliminators such as the 3024 Compact, or the even smaller 3024 Ultra-Compact, are ideal solutions for such a targeted application.
