The 3024L is the ultimate static eliminator for machinery manufacturers: compact, with built-in fully-encapsulated electronics, 24 V DC supply and very powerful performance. Ideal for applications with changing geometry, the 3024L Static Eliminator provides medium range static neutralisation to meet the requirements of high performance machinery.
- Operating distance 100 – 500 mm
- 50 mm emitter pitch for extended range
- Shockless, resistively coupled tungsten emitters for unlimited life
- 100 % coverage: active length = overall length of the bar
- 24 V DC operation, with 11 kV ionising power integrated into bar
- LED indication of operational status of bar, with duplicate remote signals for PLC or to power external lamps, relays

Remote Monitor / Local Status Indication
Signals available: ‘Bar OK’ and ‘Fault’. Uses 24 V supply to send signal from the bar to the PLC or other destination. Bi-colour LED on endcap for local status indication.
Electrical Input
24 V DC (21-28 V), maximum current required 0.5 A. M8 4-pin connector. The M8 x 4-core cable must be ordered separately.
