Fraser offers a versatile range of IML Accessories to complement the IONFIX Compact Static Generator.  Using a dedicated product variant limited to 20 kV for IML applications, the IONFIX Generator gives the IML processor the versatility to meet the demands of each job.

The range comprises:

• 7700 Connector Box – for mounting at the foot of the robot or on the machine body, the 7700 connects into the IONFIX Compact and provides a detachable connection for up to six IML Electrodes.                              (7700-R model has built-in resistance)
• 7700 Electrodes – 771-R Single Point Electrode, 772 Single Pin Electrode, 773 IML Ring Terminal for connection to foam plate or pin electrodes
• 7701 Splitter Box – for mounting at the end of a robot arm, with connectors for 7700 box as standard and      1-4 individually resistively coupled hardwired outlets that can terminate in 771-R, 772 or 773 electrodes
• 81319 Silicone Cable – very flexible 5 mm diameter cable rated at 30 kV
• 81036 Plated Emitter Pins – tungsten emitter pins can be supplied separately for building into the customer’s tool or in mounted clusters
• 7400 Static Dissipative Foam – 10 mm thickness, used for delivering the label to the tool cavity
• 7097 Static Wand – for manual adhesion of labels in conjunction with IONFIX Compact Static Generator, can be used at up to 30 kV
