Powered by Fraser IONFIX static generation systems, the 7093 has been specifically designed to allow accurate, high performance edge pinning on film.
Designed for use as a pinner in hostile, higher temperature environments, the 7093 is ideal for pinning plastic film in applications such as neck-in in cast film production.
- Robust construction with all parts completely encapsulated for safety and reliability
- PTFE body and flexible nylon conduit to protect HV cable
- Replaceable and adjustable tungsten-tipped emitters for long life
- Emitters individually resistively coupled for spark-free operation
Used with Fraser IONFIX 30 kV Generators, the 7093 Static Edge Pinner gives the operator full control and operational feedback.

PTFE body. Tungsten-tipped emitters.
Body: 220 mm length x 30 mm diameter.
Emitters: 3 mm diameter. Supplied as standard with one each of 96 mm,
101 mm and 106 mm emitters to conform to most roller sizes.
2 m of HV cable. Longer lengths can be specified at time of order. Cable terminates in HV connector. Protective nylon conduit on cable. Minimum bend diameter 100 mm.
100 Mohm resistance for safe operation. Other values are available.
Clean, dry and oil-free location. Temperature: pinner and emitters 140 °C max, cable and conduit 80 °C.
Use with Fraser 30 kV generators. State generator model at time of order.
