4400 Ionised Air Nozzle
In-line design produces flat, high speed ionised air jet
For efficient cleaning, and sheet separation with excellent static neutralisation
Up to 36% less air consumption than 4 mm open pipe
OSHA compliant nozzle and fully shockproof ionisation
The 4400 Ionised Air Nozzle is part of Fraser’s comprehensive range of cleaning products for the neutralisation of static electricity and dust removal from mouldings, assemblies, PCBs, automobiles, graphics, optics and medical parts.
The 4400 is a compact, highly efficient ionised air jet which consists of a 1260 Single Point Ioniser Bar and a proprietary air nozzle, mounted in a metal block. With up to 6 kV of ionising power provided by a Fraser HP Power Unit, the 4400 efficiently neutralises the static charge, allowing thorough cleaning or product separation.
- Simple design optimises ionisation and blow-off power
- Nozzle amplifies compressed air by up to 20:1 for economical operation
- Flat, concentrated airflow – similar to the 4510 Ionised Air Nozzle, but with 90° air exit for restricted spaces
- OSHA compliant, the low noise and versatile 4400 is easy to install
The 4400 Ionised Air Nozzle is widely used for product separation in automatic feeders, as well as removing dust and neutralising the static charge on small mouldings and similar parts.
The best choice of product depends upon process speed, the distance of the static eliminator from the target and the level of static charge to be neutralised. Please get in touch for further assistance.
